LK Healthcare Support Services
Effective Date: 05/16/2026
By using the services provided by LK Healthcare Support Services (“Company”), the Client agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. SERVICES PROVIDED
LK Healthcare Support Services provides virtual healthcare administrative support services, which may include but are not limited to:
- Insurance Verification
- Prior Authorization Assistance
- Benefits & Eligibility Review
- Patient Account Review
- Administrative Workflow Support
- Documentation Coordination
- Revenue Cycle Administrative Assistance
- General Administrative Support
All services are administrative in nature only.
2. NO MEDICAL OR LEGAL ADVICE
LK Healthcare Support Services does not provide:
- medical advice
- clinical services
- legal advice
- direct patient care
- medical diagnosis or treatment
Clients remain fully responsible for all clinical, legal, billing, and compliance decisions.
3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients agree to:
- provide accurate and complete information
- provide necessary documentation and access
- maintain appropriate system permissions
- communicate workflow expectations clearly
- respond to requests in a timely manner
Delays caused by incomplete information or lack of response may affect turnaround times.
4. WORKLOAD & SERVICE LIMITATIONS
Services are provided based on agreed workload capacity and availability.
Monthly support packages include capped patient/task volumes and estimated support availability as outlined in service agreements or pricing guides.
Requests exceeding agreed workload limits may:
- require additional fees
- require adjusted turnaround times
- require upgraded service support
- be scheduled based on availability
LK Healthcare Support Services reserves the right to decline excessive workload requests beyond operational capacity.
5. BUSINESS HOURS
Standard business hours are:
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Services are not guaranteed outside standard business hours unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. TURNAROUND TIMES
Turnaround times may vary depending on:
- workload volume
- insurance response times
- authorization requirements
- client communication delays
- documentation availability
Same-day completion is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon.
7. PAYMENT TERMS
Clients agree to:
- pay invoices according to agreed payment terms
- maintain current payment information if applicable
- submit payment by the due date listed on invoices
Accepted payment methods may include:
- ACH transfer
- Debit/Credit card
- Electronic invoice payment
Late payments may result in:
- paused services
- delayed turnaround times
- additional late fees if applicable
8. REFUNDS
Due to the nature of administrative services, refunds are not provided for completed work already performed.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY & HIPAA
LK Healthcare Support Services understands the importance of confidentiality and HIPAA-conscious administrative practices.
Reasonable safeguards are maintained to help protect:
- patient information
- client information
- business records
- administrative documentation
Clients are responsible for ensuring appropriate authorization for shared information and system access.
10. COMMUNICATION
Primary communication methods may include:
- secure messaging
- scheduled virtual meetings
- client-approved systems
Communication outside normal business hours may be responded to during the next business day.
11. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS
LK Healthcare Support Services operates as an independent contractor and is not considered:
- an employee
- partner
- agent
- representative
of the Client organization.
12. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate services with:
30 days written notice
Outstanding balances for completed work remain due upon termination.
Upon termination:
- access credentials should be updated or revoked
- completed services remain billable
- pending work may be paused or closed based on termination date
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
LK Healthcare Support Services is not responsible for:
- insurance denials
- delayed approvals
- payer decisions
- incomplete information provided by clients
- system outages
- third-party portal issues
- reimbursement outcomes
Services are provided with professionalism and reasonable care but without guarantee of specific payer outcomes.
14. MODIFICATIONS
LK Healthcare Support Services reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will become effective upon posting or written notice.
15. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE
By using services provided by LK Healthcare Support Services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
